Since leaving college over 24 years ago I have always prided myself on customer service and always putting the customer first, with a can-do attitude. My specialist areas are first time buyers, clients with poor credit history and limited company buy to lets. However, I also help with straight forward mortgage and remortgage applications (if there is such a thing, due to all the changes in mortgage regulation). In between working evenings and the odd weekends (yes including Sundays) I like to spend time with my 6 year old daughter, who has stopped my partying days of going out on New year’s eve as it is her birthday on New year’s day and to be honest I love nothing more than seeing her big smile as she is opening her presents. I’d love to say that I have some extreme hobbies like base jumping or rock climbing, but I’m scared of heights I do however love to chat and listen to everyone’s life stories.
